Setting up a Device and General Use
Set up a device that is updated to IOS 12 or above to publish a mobile form or survey campaign to collect data on the go.
Visit the App Store on a iPad or iPhone and search for the 'arkflux cx' app to download or click HERE

Create a unique, one time use token to register your arkflux instance against. This will allow users to log into the app and assign mobile form campaigns to that device and others if needed.

Marketing > Mobile Forms > Registered Devices > Create > Name the Device

Once the token has been generated, it can be entered into the log in page in the app:
Once the token has been entered and you have logged in you will see a blank screen unless you have assigned any mobile form campaigns to the device already. You can refresh the screen to load in any recent campaigns that have been assigned to the device by clicking the circular arrow refresh button, or dragging down from the top of the screen.

Upon the first download of the app, when the first form or survey is added, the format will not look to be laid out correctly. To rectify this, click the cog icon at the bottom right of the screen and then click 'Reset Bundle Data' in blue. This will then show the form or survey correctly on the screen.

This is a one time activity and will not need to be repeated upon every app visit. 
Note: The app allows for multiple mobile form campaigns to be assigned to the device as long as they are all created within the same arkflux instance. 
Clicking through to the chosen form will then allow you to start collecting data. As each question is answered, the form with automatically scroll the page down to the next question.

The app can work both online (connected to the internet) and offline (not connected to the internet). If you collect data and submit forms while online, the forms will immediately be downloaded and stored against the mobile form campaign in the platform. If you collect data while offline, the forms will be stored until the device is back online and the user clicks the cog bottom right of the screen and then hits 'Sync'  if you log out before syncing forms that have been collected while offline, they will be deleted and that data will be lost.

Note: The company look up in the Company CRM Field will not work offline.
To log out of the app click the back arrow bottom left of the page. This will remove the device token and subsequently, the forms that have been assigned.
